the hotel was very clean, and the beds offered great comfort. i appreciated the staff's attentiveness and assistance with directions in the area. i found the pool area a highlight for a city center location (i spent most of the afternoon relaxing). the breakfast had a good variety and was quite satisfying.
the strong perfume smell in the lobby was noticeable (i thought they might have been masking something).

my room had daily cleaning service. the provided robes were in good condition. slippers were available upon request. i did not notice any noise issues from nearby rooms.

i really enjoyed the pool it had a bar for drinks and snacks the staff was so friendly and helpful our room was really clean and had everything we needed i especially liked that i could easily walk to restaurants and shops
i found a few little things to be a bit off the bathroom had no door so showering with a friend would be awkward but there was a door to the toilet the stiff pump bottles made getting soap out hard my child couldn't reach them to wash hands or shower i had to help every time

i stayed four nights. i found many restaurants and shops within an easy walk it was lovely. our room provided all necessities and it was very clean i did adore this fact. i appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the nice pool where i could order drinks and snacks from the bar.
the pump bottles for soap were very stiff i found and difficult to use. my little one could not reach them so i always needed to assist her.
